Easy Energy Blueprints
Easy Energy Blueprints are practical, ready-to-use guides developed to help municipalities, small public buildings, and micro/small enterprises across the Baltic Sea Region implement low-cost energy efficiency measures without needing specialist knowledge or large budgets. The blueprints focus on simpler, mainly DIY-friendly solutions- in building insulation and water/electricity heating categories – that can realistically achieve smaller savings across many buildings such as schools, libraries, community centres, and museums .
Developed collaboratively by the Easy Energy project consortium- Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Finland and Denmark – the blueprints draw on shared transnational knowledge and locally tested pilot experience, ensuring solutions are practical, transferable, and adaptable to different national contexts.

Energy Practitioner Training Programme
The Easy Energy project has developed a comprehensive training programme that equips local intermediaries — staff of municipalities, business support organisations, building administrators and SMEs — with the practical skills to help public buildings and small enterprises take their first steps toward energy savings.
The Energy Practitioner Training Compendium (Version 1.0, 2026) is the programme’s core reference document, covering two solution fields: building insulation and energy saving, and heating electricity and water. It combines knowledge on Easy Energy solution blueprints with practical advisory tools and experience drawn from pilots across the Baltic Sea Region.
The programme is deliberately designed for transfer: it can be translated, adapted to national contexts, and delivered independently by any interested organisation — beyond the project partnership and beyond the project’s lifetime.
